This property was amazing and it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was excellent. They clean your room every day and give you free water and soda. It’s very quiet due to it’s proximity so you will sleep good.

Nice hotel with a nice view from some of the rooms. Do not be fooled with the inflated prices they have as the normal rate. This is an expensive hotel for what it offers. Better off staying in closer to the lake area and walking 5 mins to see the same view.

This was a lovely oasis in a bustling town. What a beautiful property the decor, the rooms, the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the massages, the restaurant food everything was lovely. Wish we did not have to leave.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and were so happy with our room and the hotel location. Not too close to the city bustle and with an amazing view of the mountains and rice fields. The staff were super helpful, organising our transport to and from the hotel. After being on a sleeper train, arriving at the hotel early, they let us check in earlier to our room too, which we appreciated very much. Breakfast buffet was delicious too and we got a chance to use gym and pool.

Its located up a hill where its not as busy and quieter compared to places nearer to town. Our room has a great view. Our room was spacious with a balcony. The added touch of daily bottled water and 2 soft drinks was pleasantly unexpected. I would recommend this place if you want peace and quiet without the traffic

Room was amazing!! Staff were very friendly but professional, eager to meet our every need. We arrived on a sleeper train from Hanoi and were in desperate need of our rooms and a private shower—the Aliana was just what we needed.
