Seriously, the Hotel are in need of refurbishment. 1\. The floor tiles in several of the rooms bathrooms are uneven making the bathtub standing lopsided which, when swayed, would hit the floor causing echos. 2\. The hotel used to offer complimentary instant tea & coffee sachets but these are now chargeable 3\. Every morning, the cleaning lady would come at 9.30 am and bang on the door crying "Cleaning service". She would continue to bang on the door even when there is no response and then attempt to unlock the door. 4\. The doors have gaps between the joints 5\. The hotel boss owns Song Tien, Song Tien Annex & Cuu Long Hotel, in my opinion, Song Tien Annex in its disrepaired stated is regarded a dumping ground for budget travellers.
