"Great communication from the hotel. Received a welcome message and despite a very late arrival due to a flight delay we were assured someone would be in the lobby to assist us. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Coffee in the room was great and additional packets were provided upon request. "

"TBH, This is definitely the best hotel closed to the YVR. The view is awesome, both in airport side and the other way, you can't really hear the sound from the engine. The valet was so nice to helped me hold my car in the front so i can go check-in and leave my luggage in the room. The only problem is the skytrain departure from YVR costs you another 5 bux (If i remember correctly). Other than that, I don't see any down side of choosing Fairmont as your airport hotel. "

"The Hotel was extremely clean, smelled great! The staff were amazing, friendly helpful and even offered to upgrade us as it was my son’s birthday! The room was spacious and beds were comfy! Excellent location pretty much on Grandville so easy walk to everything! Would definitely stay again "

"We stayed for two nights before a cruise. The staff was very attentive. I requested early check in and an upgraded room was available. Beautiful view! We borrowed their bikes to ride to Stanley Park. On the morning of our cruise, the hotel brought our bags to the port. We walked across the street. So convenient!"
