"The pool was wonderful and being able to use it year round was great."

"Rooms were nothing like the online photos. Very iffy on cleanliness. There was pubic hair in the shower and tub. Garbage in the cans. I was insulted by the check in staff who implyied that myself and 4 accompanying minors were going to trash an already ghetto room. Sauna was broken. They took minors ID for check in. Would not recommend nor will we return. "

"The customer service was excellent, room was very clean, bed was EXTREMELY comfy, and we got a free upgraded room which was nice! We also were able to get a slightly longer checkout time and that helped us a lot. We found out that for future trips, we can bring our bunnies! So that’s a huge plus. Overall we are very happy with this hotel and will stay there again."

"Enjoyed my time here. Lovely views and great restaurant and bar. Pool was a bit hard to access. It was February but also shower room has no door direct to the pool unless I could not find it. Otherwise very nice. Hot apple cider at the door was very was much appreciated. Good coffee in the room. The view was very relaxing and room a good size. Was happy there. "
