"Friendly staff and convenient location to restaurants as it is along highway 97. Hotel a bit outdated but service and location outweigh this. Wishing our suite had a microwave but that is minor compared to the overall stay. There is a microwave in the lobby for guest use but a bit inconvenient if you are in the far section of the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"The check in was not the best experience. The staff that was there on Friday the 12th around 7pm was not that friendly (a lady on her 50s). The check out was fantastic! The staff was very helpful and welcomed me and my partner to the lobby with a big smile. (Sunday Morning around 7am) "
