"The location is excellent, and the hotel and villas are beautiful. They also offer a variety of afternoon refreshments, which we really enjoyed, and there are plenty of good recreational facilities. However, despite all of these positive points, we were disappointed that such a beautiful hotel did not offer a breakfast buffet and that the room service was not up to standard. We booked a room for three people, but everything in the room was provided for only two people, including glasses, towels, and other essentials. We mentioned this several times, and each time they said they would take care of it, but nothing was actually done. It felt like our requests simply weren’t important to them. Another issue was the additional fees. On top of what we had already paid for the hotel, we were charged $15 per night for parking and approximately $35 per night as a resort fee for access to the pool and other facilities. Altogether, this added roughly $50 per night on top of the room rate."

"The stay was marvelous- the hotel is quirky and very cool. Marvelous value for the money with both inside and outside pools and hottubs with a set for families and one reserved for adults. Great lounge and restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay."
