It was a wonderful opportunity to spend this time there; the staff is excellent and performs their duties professionally. The room was a suitable size and very clean, and room service was good. Facilities such as the swimming pool, hot tub, and gym are all available.

This hotel had everything we needed. Centrally located, it is close to everything including the beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I have a tough time sleeping when away from.home but the beds were super comfortable. The two restaurants are great. Terrific, budget friendly option.

Excellent service - all staff were friendly and helpful. The room finishes are very tired, but I was expecting this as it is clearly stated on their website and in the lobby that they are currently renovating. Everything was very clean and I think the reasonable pricing I received is reflective of the worn conditions. Great central location, walking distance to restaurants. I appreciated the above-ground parking and for quick access to come and go, with no waits or charges for a valet service. Thank you to the front desk for having coffee ready to go when I checked out very early in the morning.

This was a last minute booking due to a dental emergency. The team here is great, and once the current renovations are complete I believe the property will also be great. Very convenient location, with Orchard Park Mall directly across the road and several dining options within easy walking distance. Will we stay here again? I would have to say absolutely we will.
