"Wonderful stay, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
Nadine is very friendly and smiley and accomodated all of my requests and nothing was too much for her. Especially when I needed to get my room keycard reactivated several times.
I was very impressed with the array and diverse selection available.
All food types/preferences had been accommodated for- vegetarians, meat eaters, gluten free, selection of different milks, hot full English breakfast choices, toast facilities, porridge, cereal, seeds and dried fruit, hot/cold drinks too 🙂
Only thing I suggested to the chef was, grilled tomatoes as an option too.
The room was on the front of the hotel quiet at night with blackout curtains for extra comfort.
Beds comfy and lovely spacious, hot shower.
Was a luxury to have the air con on at night to keep the room cool which helped great nights sleep
Would definitely stay again
Thank you everyone 😀"

"Very convenient location just off the M6, we stayed on our way up north with our dog; they are dog friendly and even gave us sausage for our dog at breakfast, which she loved!!"

"I was not sure about this hotel given the reviews but I was very happy with my stay. Maybe there has been a lot of improvements from past reviews? We had an executive room, we were just passing through but the room was great, bathroom clean if basic but a massive room and a massive tv which we never got to use. Not sure what else you could want for the price. We didn’t do breakfast but the lobby and food area looked really good. Car park and exterior doesn’t do it justice but happy we chose it for our splash and dash. I used the pool with my boy which was a nice way to start the day. "
