"My husband and I loved our stay in the barn. We just wish it was longer! Lisa was so kind and welcoming and the breakfast items she left us were perfect. "The house was lovely and really easy to walk not the town centre. Information from the host both before our stay and the welcome info when we arrived was really useful. They have thought of everything even down to leaving condiments etc in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped, you don’t need to take anything with you except your food! Bathrooms were clean and again, supplies were provided. Couldn’t fault it."

Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. "Sean was the best host. So helpful. He suggested dinner at a great pub in town. The house was clean and well stocked - even some food in the kitchen. The garden was charming. Absolutely no complaints at all. Will definitely return if we return to this part of England."

However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"This was a family get together of 6 adults and 4 children (aged 4-7) and the property was just perfect in every single way - location, size, layout and all the wonderful house amenities. We could not have asked for more with the most special memories made in this truly stunning house. We were reluctant to venture too far away from all this fabulousness but we did visit “Little Owl Farm” up the road one morning which was also perfect for us all. The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. Location was ideal has we had arranged a visit to the Black Country Museum, also we had lovely meal booked at the Bella Dona Italian restaurant both within a short drive. "Beautiful new build farm [complex] we stayed in the English Barn very quiet when we stayed for three nights. Excellent finish to the property and well appointed. Small issues are several things need instructions [microwave, coffee machine, windows blinds, heating], privacy curtains not private enough particulary with so many other lets around, people walked by and kept looking in. the sky light window in the upstairs on suite needs a good clean. None of the above really affected our stay but...
