"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"We were 4 families coming together to celebrate my father’s 70th. The barn was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 11 of us to relax (8 adults and 3 young children) Downstairs was 2 bedrooms (one had the bunk room attatched) and upstairs was another 2 rooms and one of those rooms included a little mezzanine with single bed. "This 3 bedroom townhouse provided a good base to visit Cheltenham and it’s nearby trails. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. The location had easy access to the train station. The kitchen chairs in were uncomfortable however."

"We had a wonderful weekend at the Old Malt House with a group of friends. The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and with lots of lovely touches. It had everything we could need, including a well stocked honesty bar with a very good selection. We loved the hot tub and sauna, and the views from the immaculate garden. Daniel was very helpful and responsive, providing extra flexibility on arrival and check in. The only disappointment was leaving! Would definitely love to return in future."

"The manager was wonderful and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed. It made for a excellent stay near the hospital and was convenient to downtown shopping and food. The Brewery District is a couple minute walk and great for a bite and pint. "

"First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. Full crockery and cutlery with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Communication from Roy the manager was superb and ensured everything went smoothly...
