"Our first room was on the 7th floor with the lift only going to floor 6 meaning dragging our cases up a flight of stairs. The room was small but nice however there was no hot water in the shower and then it became less than a trickle. I spoke to staff and they said they would move us. We were given a room on the 6th floor in the corner which was a much larger room with a lovely outlook (and functioning shower). "
