"We stayed for 5 days with 3 young children and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean, excellent facilities/ appliances, lovely lay out and great gardens/ separate play room. Caroline is a fantastic host, so helpful and quick to respond. We’ll be back!"

"My husband and I loved our stay in the barn. We just wish it was longer! Lisa was so kind and welcoming and the breakfast items she left us were perfect. Everything was as advertised and was even better in person. The barn was very clean with ample supplies and the garden was perfect to admire. Spring was definitely in bloom! "The house was lovely and really easy to walk not the town centre. Information from the host both before our stay and the welcome info when we arrived was really useful. They have thought of everything even down to leaving condiments etc in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped, you don’t need to take anything with you except your food! Bathrooms were clean and again, supplies were provided. Couldn’t fault it."

"A lovely weekend. Accommodation was perfect for my two dogs and l to use as a base. Kitchen was fully equipped, with a fridge and freezer to use. The accommodation, towels and bed linen all spotless. Already rebooked for August."

"We really enjoyed using this large property for a work/social weekend with a big group of us. The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. "The house had everything we needed for our friends' weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and everything worked. It could do with a lick of paint in places, but otherwise we were impressed with the spacious accommodation. The house is well located, with an easy 10 minute walk into Stratford , for the shops, restaurants and theatre. Kristy was helpful and quick to respond."

"Wow! Appletree Barn is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our short break. Lovely touches like the beautifully decorated Christmas tree and the tea/coffee and biscuits made our stay really special. The property is finished to a really high standard and we could walk onto rural footpaths from the door. We would love to stay in the spring/ summer to make the most of the outdoor space and barbecue. Absolutely loved the doggy-wash hoses outside which...

"It was amazing from start to finish. Amazing 2 ladies on reception, so friendly, helpfully and explained everything about items that were complementary or charged to room. "A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night. "
