It is within easy driving to Stratford, the Cotswolds, Coventry Cathedral, Warwick Castle, Leamington Spa and National Trust properties. The property is adjacent to the lock keepers cottage and was originally built for the horses used on the canal. The only other neighbours are sheep, although there is a traditional pub 100 metres away. The Folly pub is just past the boundary of the property so enjoyed a lovely meal there. You can see The Stables from the pub garden.
