The biggest downside was that the room was hot at night as, like others we encountered on this trip, they had the heat on with no option for air conditioning. "Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern everywhere in the hotel and rooms. Breakfast was great quality and value for money. Staff extremely friendly. Location is a little further out of the old town that we would have liked but there is a metro station very near and the walk is only 30 mins. To use the spa is extra, but all the info was very clear when we booked. I would recommend and stay again."

"We put Bilbao on the itinerary mostly because of the Guggenheim Museum, but after learning about the old town and some of the history, we opted to skip the huge hotels near the museum and found this gem. Great restaurants and night life right there, and it’s still an easy walk to the Guggenheim."
