We upgraded to a junior suite and it was a great little space made from an odd shape. It had great bed and shower. The little seating area had two chairs, one which could be pulled out for a child’s bed. The seat was too deep to just sit in but good for curling up in. However, the room also had a large window that actually opened up to a tiny deck which offered a great view of the street below! The bar/breakfast was very nice as well as all the staff. Also, this was a great location to do whatever! We totally enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Right in the middle of everyting - within walking distance of all the sights. Room (Space) was really well laid out and aircondition not bothering your sleep (which happens more than it should).

We love Leonardo properties. The staff excels in friendliness and communication. However....we need to talk about the glass box aka the shower and bathroom. Not sure if all the units are set this way but beware if traveling with family or partner. Some things should be kept private. Nothing is left to the imagination when your bathroom wall is glass, frosted yes, but you can still see everything happening in there. The plus was the location. Walkable, safe, busy in the day but still convenient to shops and restaurants. The rooftop was a nice little gem. We saw one of the best views

We booked for one night at short notice because our flight was cancelled. The room met our requirements and it was very helpful that the hotel also had a restaurant. In the circumstances it provided an excellent service in the centre of Bilbao, with easy travel to and from the airport. I would like to recommend the hotel and thank the staff for their service.

Terrific location for exploring the Ribera Market, the old town and the modern shopping area. Can walk to the Guggenheim in about 25 mins along the river. Staff were very helpful. Underground public parking available about 150 yds away with a hotel discount. Rooms are well appointed but quite small, but public area is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Liked the hotel. Staff were fantastic. Bit disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn’t open (only opens in the late spring through summer) and important to be aware that the hotel, whilst on the edge of the old town, can get some quite noisy people wandering by at all hours of the night

Great hotel by the old town. We booked our stay for 2 nights, room was larger than expected with a city view. However, the only down side with the city view room was the noise from the street late into the night.
