Всегда можно задать воспрос сотруднику , и получить ответ, удобные матрасы, хорошее одеяло.Утром всегда свежезаваренный кофе и завтрак . Много пространства для личного пребывания: холл в кухне , а также для удобства путешественников -стиральная машина, компьютеры для входа в интернет, при том, что есть отличный W.F.Удобное место в центре города - близко ко всем достопримечательностям , вокзалу и метро. Определенно рекомендую. ##### Elena Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### MUTSUAKI 29 Sept 2016 #### 値段なりの価値のあるオスタル ６ベッドの部屋に泊まった。ベッドの場所によっては電源を確保出来ない場合があるので、電源が必要な人は最初に案内された時にベッドを選べる場合は確認した方がいい。個別のロッカー（機内持ち込み可のスーツケースが入る位）はあるが、鍵（南京錠など）は自分で用意する必要がある。シャワーの出はよい。数か所あるが、場所によってはシャワーカーテンの位置が悪く、シャワー後に床を拭く必要がある（モップは近くに置いてある）。２４時間通りの玄関が開いている（鍵がかかっていなかった）うえ、オスタル内に入る時も鍵等が無く、かつ各部屋の扉にも鍵が無いので、しれーっと入られると泊まっていない人でも入ってこれるので、防犯の観点からみると安全ではない。Ｗｉｆｉはそこそこ速かった。建物内にコインランドリーの機械が設置されている。午前中（チェックアウトの頃）はそこで従業員がシーツ等を洗うようなので、洗濯機を使うならそれ以外の時間帯になる。朝食用のサロンにはキッチンもあり、冷蔵庫もあるのでハム等買ってきておけば、味気ない朝食（用意してあるのは食パン、バター（マーガリン？）、ジャム、シリアル２種、牛乳、コーヒー、紅茶類、砂糖、ビスケットのみ）も少しはましになる。 国鉄の駅、バス駅、双方とも中途半端に離れているが、大量の荷物さえなければ歩ける距離。 内装等は結構綺麗に改装？してあるので、先に書いた防犯上の問題と、同室になった中に問題児さえいなければ、よい宿だと思います。 ##### MUTSUAKI Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Seth David 25 Sept 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Good Bilbao Hostel choice This is a solid hostel in Central Bilbao about 5 minutes walk from a metro stop. It was quite easy to get to all of central Bilbao including the main attractions from it. It's not a totally amazing hostel, but it has clean rooms and bathrooms, a good kitchen and lounge, friendly staff, and secure lockers. The property itself is a little insecure because it's in a larger, unlocked building, but security for the rooms and lockers within the rooms was good.
