“Friendly staff”

Although a bit out of the city centre, the staff at this hotel really made it a very welcoming visit.

“Nice place at a nice price”

The Vista Alegre has larger and nicer rooms than other Spanish Hotels in this price range. English speakers staffed the front desk during our stay. The hotel has an attractive interior with nice, and original, art on display. The optional breakfast at a nominal price was convenient and worked very well for us. Location, though not exactly optimum, is within walking distance of both the Gugenhiem and the old town; also it is located near bus stops, and taxis are reasonable in Bilbao. Our room had been well maintained and was very clean.

“central, propre et accueillant”

Hotel très bien situé, très bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel très accueillant. Seul petit inconvénient : l'accès en voiture est compliqué par le jeu des multiples sens interdits ! Un plan d'accès serait bienvenu.

“hotel vista alegre bilbao”

Hotel centrico y acogedor. Le vendrian bien algunos arreglos pero lo que hay es muy confortable. La atencion fue excelente, y por ese precio no se le puede pedir mas al hotel-

“Centraal gelegen toeristenhotel in Bilbao”

Eenvoudig toeristenhotel in centrum Bilbao. Handig is de gratis internetaansluiting op kamer(laptop meenemen). Parkeervoorziening voor hotelgasten tegen betaling (8,50 euro per nacht) in nabijgelegen parkeergarage. Carrefour supermarkt op 100m. Metro op 100 m.

Traveller's tip
Alles in Bilbao op loopafstand van hotel. Guggenheimmuseum 20 min lopen (of enkele minuten met de metro/tram). El Corte Ingles warenhuis op 10 minuten lopen. Oude stad op 10 min lopen. Openbaar vervoer goedkoop en uitstekend geregeld (naar Plentzia, middeleeuws havenstadje aan de kust, 45 min. per metro retour voor 3,20 euro).

“Décue par la chambre”

Bon accueil, mais la chambre était sans fenêtre (fenêtre noire et condamnée). Je ne sais pas si les autres chambres étaient de même . Autrement propreté irréprochable et salle de bains bien équipée.

Musée Gugenheim a 15 minutes à pied , restaurant dans rue piétonne à proximité ( bonne ambiance)

“economico, senza fronzoli nè pretese”

ho scelto l'hotel per passare una notte di passaggio a Bilbao, con l'intenzione di spendere il meno possibile. Da questo punto di vista l'hotel è davvero economico, e i servizi che offre sono ovviamente proporzionali. Non avevo grandi pretese, però ero senza bagaglio (perso in aeroporto) e ho dovuto farmi la doccia con una saponetta super economica per mani...non il massimo. La camera la sera era invasa dall'odore di un kebab nella strada sottostante!! Nelle vicinanze ho notato altri hotel di catene più grandi che a un prezzo leggermente più alto offrono probabilmente condizioni migliori, e sicuramente appaiono migliori da fuori.
