"Beautifully renovated property with a lot of thought into what guests might need whilst there. Spacious bedrooms, lovely cosy lounge and gorgeous kitchen space. Even managed to try the hot tub in the rain! Seemed pricey for the location, but having stayed in the property was worth the extra. We’ll definitely return next time we visit family back home."

"We enjoyed our time here; Richard was easy to contact and is very generous with items/ foods etc for us to use. It’s probably the best equipped kitchen of houses we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the showers were easy to use and the garden area is beautiful. The ducks charmed our grandchildren and we enjoyed the hot tub. "Our family of 5 (13,16,16, 2-adults) had a great experience! Dave and Cath we VERY responsive to all questions, and the home was perfect. They live on a great hobby farm with lots of animals to see. Perfect 5min walk to a cute small town including: grocery, meat market, coffee, and great shopping, great views, excellent hospitality (and the farm fresh eggs and brownies we delish!). For the golfers, there’s even an excellent 18 hole golf course 5 minutes away! Don’t miss out on this rental!"

"Easy access to places in the area and it is so Green. When not travelling, close the gate and you feel like you are at home. Any questions we had were dealt with very quickly. A good break."

"We stayed in the house for a week with 6 kids aged 10 months to 12 years. The house itself was amazing with loads of space and activities for the whole family. The house is situated in a perfect location, close enough to walk into the town centre to take advantage of local parks, shops and bars/restaurants as well as being in the heart of the Peak District. For large families looking for a great place to get away together, I would strongly recommend this house."

"The accommodation was very clean and modern-looking. Its situation is ideal, very quiet yet handy for Sainsburys, the restaurants of Didsbury and the many parks in the area and away from the busy main road into Manchester. The kitchen/diner/living space was on the small side for a family of 3 boisterous children.but they enjoyed themselves nevertheless. "

"Unfortunately on arrival, bins outside where over flowing, quick look around the house was tidy but the cleanliness was not up to standard. Left over takeaway containers and McDonald’s wrappers left in the fridge from previous occupants. All towels in bathroom had been folded and put away however every towel was damp with a strong smell of urine. I messaged the home owner who was apologetic and looked into it. Apparently the cleaner had been but she agreed to have them come out the next day to...

"I kept calling the owner to ask if everything was good over the span of a month and when the day came to go to the house the owner said he had double booked. So me and my friends had to pay extra to book somewhere else. Highly unreliable"
