"Sofa bed not comfy for kids but rest was brilliant. Nice complimentary breakfast too and free parking. Good to get into town- bus stop just outside and 5 minutes to metro centre "

"We stayed for 2 nights, the whole experience from start to finish was perfect. Staff were so incredibly helpful, the swimming pool was well worth the £5 charge, this lets you also use the steam and sauna rooms. The location was great, with a bus stop round the corner for easy 15/20 min ride to Newcastle city centre. We will definitely be back "

"The hotel was spot on, the views were amazing facing the river, HOWEVER charging guests £10 to park your car is bad crack, for the price of the rooms parking should have been complimentary "
