"Modern and well appointed accommodation. Great location to explore North Cornwall. Loved the 25m swimming pool. Friendly and helpful reception staff. However the behaviour of various nearby lodges took the edge off our holiday. Next door were antisocial, playing loud music most nights and leaving their rubbish out to be eaten by crows. There were also a few sets of builders staying Sun to Fri who were partying late into the night or shouting to each other outside at 0630."

"Very cute, very well appointed shepherd hut and outdoor space. Just about room for everything inside, could do with a few more kitchen items such as a salad bowl. Loved the hot tub, dome quite warm in the sun but would be very cosy in cooler months. Bed a bit high - could be difficult for people who are not very tall ! Overall a very enjoyable stay."

"Photos don’t really show how small the pod is. Very cramped. Weather didn’t help as it rained constantly. Not ideal. Left after one night Had to wait ten minutes in the rain for the host to sort herself and dogs out so I could get the key."

"On arrival I parked my car as close to corner as possible .. a lady came out from the house and I introduced myself.. she very abrupt and said “who are you ?” I explained I had a booking to be told “it’s possible it’s not been cleaned” this was 7pm on arrival and I said check in was 4pm .. to that she looked at my nephew And quite rudely said “how old is he ??” I was shocked at her rudeness and very unwelcoming approach to us .. "I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "
