We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us! "This was a perfect apartment for my family. It had 4 bedrooms on 3 levels. One of the teenagers stayed in the apartment and felt so grown up having her own kitchen. It was next door to Boroughs Market so everyone could choose their own food. Public transportation was only a block away. Overall, this was a great experience."

"This property is just as advertised. Host Jimmy was very nice and responded immediately to any questions, provided very accurate and simple check-in instructions. Location was walkable or a quick taxi / Uber to the Tower and other Thames Bridges, as well as the Tower of London and other attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and close to dining and grocery stores. Check in process was easy and all questions and requests were answered in a timely manner. "We traveled from Oregon to London for Spring Break (me, husband and 3 teens) . The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....

"The home is located in a neighborhood with sidewalks and easy access to parks, food, shopping, busses and trains. My room was cozy with many ammenities( mini fridge, coffee maker, tv). The mattress was magical as I slept so very well on it! The room was quiet, as was the neighborhood. Vera was a lovely hostess who made you feel as if her home was your home too. I would definately return and stay here!"
