My only complaint was that while there was a washing machine, there was no dryer. We had hoped to pack lighter knowing we could easily do laundry there. If you’re planning to do this you need to factor in time for things to hang on drying racks which are provided."

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay in Crystal palace. The property was clean and well equipped in a quiet street but very close to local amenities. The host communicated well and we had really clear instructions on finding the property and getting inside. Thank very much we will definitely come again next time we are in London!"

"The apartment was clean and comfortable, quite large for Europe, but we did have trouble with the phone and wifi not working. There is no one on site to assist, however we were able to speak to other guest and were able to use the wifi. The phone never did work and we did need to use it so it was a problem. I emailed and reported it but never received a response. I would definitely stay here again."

Check-in was a breeze and Mike was super easy to get in contact with when questions arose (even quickly dropped an iPod left behind in the mail for us). The apartment was lovely with plenty of room for our group of 6. Super convenient to public transportation to get you to many of the toursity spots you might be looking to visit."

"We had a perfect stay on this property. We traveled with our two older children, and everyone had their own space. The property was adorable! We were a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop and no more than 10 minutes to the tube station. There is a local pub right up the street. Great late night stop on the way back from a day exploring the city. The host was very attentive to any questions that we had."

"The stay was good and it’s a perfect spot for 2-3 people! Not in a crazy busy area which is nice for when you need to go to bed. But also a short walk to some nice pubs and food areas. 15 minute walk to the tube system which was nice. Lights were hard at first but super easy once you figure out the system! "The flat was cosy but not very comfortable, the mattress is very uncomfortable. The owner insists on no shoes and leaves booties near the front door away from the kitchen where she has a list of rules, including stripping the bed and putting the sheets and towels in a hamper, also if you leave on a Tuesday or Wednesday you have to put the rubbish/recycling out. I have never been to a place where they charge for cleaning but you have to do most of it yourself. As for the directions, it would be...

"The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us staying. I hadn't realised that the biggest bedroom also had an en-suite so that was a nice bonus. The only - very slight - downside was the lack of air conditioning. We visited during an unseasonably warm spell in October 2023 so it was a bit too hot at night but I would still stay again despite this. Oh, and the TV channels didn't work very well so we couldn't watch the rugby as we were getting ready to go out. That was the only time we tried...

"This pod was great for a short stay and in a great location. to walk to the Southbank. Only downside is that we didn't receive the check in information until an hour later than the check in time which was a tad frustrating. "
