This modern hotel had all the facilities to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The staff were all professional, approachable and friendly. The manager at reception (Danni) ensured our stay was perfect and rectified any concerns raised and due to this level of customer service I now recommend this hotel and would stay here again if required. Only niggly issue is dishes from kitchen at breakfast time did not appear as clean as I'd prefer.
Booked a superior room at very reasonable rate (£68 room only as against £50 for a standard) as I had heard some of standard rooms might be a little tired. I was very impressed by the size and quality of the room pleasantly located overlooking the hotel garden, and in terms of facilities was pleased to find it had an iron/ ironing board. I feel that given the price my room was a bargain.

Lovely hotel, location a downside for us due to us going outwith the hotel in the evenings and costly taxis. Room was small but comfortable, my only gripe was that the tables were thick with dust and I felt the toilet didn't flush properly which was slightly annoying. Staff were very friendly, especially in Zest bar.
Hotel was lovely, you'd never think you were close the NEC or M42!
Grounds are beautiful, they have little bunnie rabbits, ducks and geese!
Our Superior Double room was nice.
Food was lovely.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Would definitely recommend.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was OK (although it is more a 3 stars than a 4 stars) and clean. I would expect for example a short selection of teas and some biscuits. But only English Breakfast was available. In the bathroom, not much shampoo/soap was supplied (just a little sample of each… for 2 people).
"Nice hotel and reception staff was very helpful."
Nice hotel and reception staff waves very helpful when a mistake had been made with our booking, we where a family of 4 but was given a room for 3 after calling reception staff the lady was very helpful and sorted problem out within 5 mins. The only set back was the cleaniess of room had a lot of dust on radiator and bathroom taps were not polished had water marks all over.
