"I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return....

After initially renting the VRBO, Gianluca was very communicative through the website about all details involving the apartment, travel, transportation/parking & recommendations, which was very helpful. "Friendly welcome. Everywhere is immaculate inside and out. Well equipped and very comfortable. Good sized pool area with loungers and parasols all in good condition. In front of villa was a bbq, a large very comfortable seating area with large parasol and a separate dining area. There was also an inner courtyard with pizza oven. The villa is in easy reach of Siena and good for a week’s stay. The owners clearly care so much and want their guests to be comfortable. A car is needed."

"From the moment we set eyes on this place, we knew that we chose well. Not only is it exquisitely beautiful, but it is very comfortable. The setting is spectacular. The owners who greeted us were friendly. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were good too with plenty of hot water in the showers. The kitchen was well-equipped. Al fresco eating made it perfect. We hated to leave and would recommend others to book without any questions."

"We stayed three nights in the Charming Apartment in Siena and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bruno and Daniella were both great to communicate with. Daniella met us at the apartment and it was easily found by taxi from the train station. The pictures are accurate and the apartment is spacious , well equipped and very quiet. Close grocery store nearby and lots of restaurants close by as well. Great location to get around everywhere in Siena We would highly recommend the apartment"

"We and our friends had a wonderful stay at Villa Le Tortore. If you want Tuscan estate ambiance, but want to be walkable to lovely Siena, this is a great pick. Meticulously clean and the host is an excellent communicator. This villa was professionally renovated, has larger bedrooms than expected and amazing views. It is a great stay."

The location is perfect…there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it’s in walking distance to all the major attractions. "The best features of this villa are its outside spaces and fantastic views. We had a great week with wonderful weather and really made the most of being in this stunning location. The villa is up a bumpy dusty track, but once you get used to that, it is quick and easy to get to Castellina in Chianti for provisions, and there is even a great winery and beautiful restaurant at the bottom of the track in Fonterutoli itself - a definite highlight for us. "Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Lovely pool overlooking the landscape from a hilltop. Could see Siena on a clear day. Only complaint was that the weather was unseasonably cool for that time of year in May. Owner told us that he would charge us if we turned the heat on, and that heating is very expensive. We didn't use the heat, and a couple of us did catch cold. Other than that we were fine. Owner gave us a fine bottle of Chianti wine when we checked in."

"Overall we were very pleased with the villa. Owner communication & support are great, no issues at all. Kitchen is well-stocked, even so we were happy to have brought our own chef's knife.
