Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again.

The One96 is amazing, they opened at the end of 2014 and the rooms are identical to the pictures that can be found on the site.
There is only one apartment per floor (around 30 floors), the decor is immaculate, kitchen was stocked with soft drinks, crisps, chocolates, Nespresso machine also available... All rooms very comfortable, bathroom very impressive.
I recommend booking a high floor for the city view, I was on floor 23 with great views. I highly recommend this place, very clean,...

I stayed at hotel LBP for 8 nights in February. We were each (3 travellers) upgraded to rooms with a suite as we were staying so long. The rooms were fantastic and had a small seating area, a kitchen area and a table where you could eat. Bottled water was supplied daily and a fridge in the room meant you could keep it chilled.
There was also a general kitchen and seating area on the floor next to reception. This was brilliant with a supply of hot drinks, cold drinks and facilities where you...

Great location near Sheung Wan station, with helpful staff. No problems with the stay itself. However, there was a small issue with the booking, in that the Hotels.com app allowed us to book a room for 3, even though the room only had 2 single beds and the Hotel's policy is not to provide roll-away beds. They did on this occasion after some negotiation. If booking for 3 be aware.

After the gruelling flight from London, we were offered drinks and snacks on the house while checking in. I really needed that beer. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Rooms were what you'd expect - compact, but comfortable with a good shower, TV, etc. Comfortable bed, air con, etc. Free, reliable wifi also.

All hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
We had several rooms as a big family group, the hotel ensured we were all on the same floor.
A request for a blanket and sheet from one of our group who found the duvet too warm, was fulfilled in a timely manner.
Beds were all comfortable. The rooms with the large windows provided wonderful views.
The bathrooms were small.
The breakfast snacks available at reception were handy, though long-life.
