But they told me it will be ready in 30 minutes and that I can wait at their lounge next door. They said they will come get me when the room is ready. I waited for 1.5 hours without ANY update from them. I had to carry my luggage and go back to the reception to ask what's happening and found out they were still not ready. It was way past the check-in time. They should've at least given me an update after 30 min if they are not going to be ready so I don't have to just sit there and wait wondering when it's going to be ready. Floor and the coffee table was so dusty. I had 1 y.o baby with me so I had to clean the floor myself. I used the washing machine and found many brown stains on my clothes which I could not remove. It clearly needs a maintenance. WIFI wasn't working - I checked and saw the LAN cable was broken. I told the reception about the washing machine and the WIFI next morning but they never got back to me about it so I don't know what they did. I stayed in W Hong Kong before I moved to this hotel because I needed a kitchen and washing machine. Compared to 5 star to this 4 star seemed like a significant gap.
