Still feels new as only opened in December 2023. Rooms are a decent size for Kowloon. Great location near TST and TST East MTR station. Bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had. Price point was significantly better than comparable luxury hotels. Only downside is no pool but we did know that and it wasn’t an issue for us. All staff were super nice and accommodating. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping refilled everything even if we didn’t ask. Public transportation was easy to get to. We were close to the harbor for the skyline view, ferries and close to many many malls, restaurants and night life. If you don’t want to walk to the harbor, take an elevator to the 40TH floor for a view of the skyline. Concierge was amazing.
