This hotel is fantastic. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are modern and clean (and a good size for Hong Kong). The hotel is also in a great location with the MTR around a 5 minute walk away, you can also walk to Central and the Airport Express station (around 15 minutes). The breakfast is also great - pastry, fruit and tea delivered to your room in the morning at a time of your choosing! Our double room was slightly bigger than the double bed inside. Three sides of the bed were surrounded by walls and the head panel. That is, one of us has to climb over the other when getting in/out of the bed. The first thing I did was to use the bathroom in my room and found that there was no soap. Told it was regulation in Hong Kong that toiletries and water are not complementary and have to request them from the staff.
