Coffeee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. The perfect hotel in a perfect location. Just 2-mins walk to Gloucester Road tube, a 5-min walk to Kensington High Street and Gardens. We'll be back and rate this hotel highly. "

"This might just be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in the past 20 years. Had to wait more than an hour to get the front door unlocked, the host is an 86-year-old man who should have retired years ago. The lobby was very dirty, thick layers of dust on every surface, un-vacuumed carpets, he wouldn’t accept a credit card and refused to show us the room till we fetched the money from a bank in the area.
