"Travel connections to everywhere were convenient from this part of Croydon with tons of options for day to day needs like restaurants and groceries. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. You do need to be prepared to move your luggage manually about 80 metres to/from a vehicle. "The flat was functional and good enough for our stay but definitely needs some attention. There was everything we needed in terms of kitchenware, bedding and towels etc but it definitely could have been cleaner. There are patches of damp particularly in the bathrooms and the en-suite shower was boiling hot. The upstairs room, where there are 2 sofa beds, was damp smelling and sparse. The location is perfect, not picturesque but right off the Main Street, 5 minutes walk from the castle and river."

"The hotel does a great job of keeping the property and the rooms clean during your stay. Rooms come with everything you need and it feels very safe inside. Very easy walk to South Kensington Station to get into the city as well. "

"Excellent hotel with lovely staff. We stayed for 8 nights in a studio and studio deluxe. The latter being the better option and a perfect size. The small kitchenette was great. Coffeee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. The perfect hotel in a perfect location. Just 2-mins walk to Gloucester Road tube, a 5-min walk to Kensington High Street and Gardens. "We stayed in a Presidential Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus. The staff were all very attentive, the room always well prepared, making for a wonderful stay. "
