This hotel is well located for the airport with a good shuttle service. It is clean but some of the rooms are basic but adequate for a single night stay. The restaurant is very nice with good service and food.

“Convenient for airport”

I found this hotel convenient for the airport and used the shuttle bus to reach it. With 2 sets of glazing in my room, I did not get airport noise although I could see the planes landing. Good basic hotel for either leaving of departing from Heathrow and if booked well in advance, room prices are good. Check out time in the morning is 12 which is good, if like me, you arrive in the evening after a long haul flight. Breakfast was OK for the price in London although the toaster was not very good.

Great location Bathroom needs some attention. Great they tell you about the free bus but it's testing with luggage unless you are a seasoned public transport user

Contrary to one review I read, the restaurant food was varied and palatable. Service was prompt and efficient. The room would have been more spacious had a compromise been made for a queen size bed rather than a king size. Bathroom was small but adequate with a shower/bath; not just a shower. TV/video/internet access must be paid for. Bed was clean and comfortable as was the room and bathroom. One of the counter staff was an honours graduate from the Basil Fawlty School of Hotel Management but this experience was offset by the delightful Polish waitress in the restaurant. Although breakfast commences at 4:00am, the hot buffet is not available until 7:30am. Yes, I would go back there, but Heathrow is not somewhere to go for a holiday unless you are a mad plane spotter.

A no frills, good value stay. Facilities all that one would need for a stopover before or after flying. The staff were friendly and helpful; the food was adequate, and the rooms were of basic comfortable standard. Soundproofing excellent. The transport available to and from the airport were good, if expensive (not the hotel's responsibility).
