"The hotel is a beautiful beachfront property, could use some refreshing, the staff is amazing but stay away from the legendary club people they will not leave you alone even you asked them to do so. Restaurants are great food and drinks are always delicious. "

The water slides were a huge hit; the beach was very nice, and kids played in the waves and boogie-boarded. "The room we were assigned was a little noisy in the evening but got quieter later in the evening. We had a little issue with our bill at the time of check out, however, Martin at the front desk helped us out to fix the problem. Overall, its a good resort and we enjoyed our stay!"

"Good location in punta de mita. Service was great. Staff was excellent. We were happy to tip simply because the staff did not push for tips. Ac and mini fridge did not work.the ala carte restaurants were either closed or unavailable for reservations during our entire trip. The vacation time share sales staff were quite pushy at times."

"Pros: great, calm beach for kids! Serving staff was excellent! Our double room was great with the kids. And the pool was fun for kids. Basically I wouldn’t stay here if I didn’t have kids, so it is a very family friendly hotel. Cons: this is the largest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, so it is very busy!
