My wife and I recently stayed at the St Regis for the first time this past week and had a excellent experience. The service was fantastic, the food and drinks were great, and the ambiance could not have been better.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, the views were unbelievable and the service was top notch.
-Staff: the staff were the friendliest I have ever been around. They were so helpful. Everyone from the waiters, to the maid and butler service, the trolley and golf cart drivers, and the concierge and greeters at the main entrance! Just so wonderful. Gomez, Francisco, and Gonzalo at Aquazul took great care of us everyday for lunch. They truly went above and beyond.
-Rooms: the rooms were great. Requested an ocean view room when booking. It was spectacular. Beds are comfy. Great showers.
-Food: The food was good. You have 2 restaurants to choose from. Both are very good. Breakfast offers a big variety as well and is very good. You can also take a cab into town if you tire of the food at the resort.
-Construction: Tower 6 is currently being finished and there is quite a bit of construction noise if you stay in tower 4. The construction is almost complete, but is something to be aware of.
-Airport Selling: when you walk through the airport to get a taxi, you will most certainly be approached by someone saying they work for Garza Blanca and that they can help you. This person will then pass you off to someone trying to set you up for a sales meeting to become a member of a property man. club. Just be aware. If you are interested, go for it. If not, keep walking and find your cab outside!! These meetings take a lot of your time.

This hotel is nestled up on a mountain side in Concha Chinas not far from Los Muertos beach and downtown. The rooms are very nice and large and have outstanding views of the bay. Service was good and staff very pleasant. While not located on the beach, they do offer a shuttle service to the beach, and they provide a $60 (approx.) credit each day at the 2 restaurant locations the shuttle takes you to (this is if you're on the all-inclusive package).
This is a small and comfortable hotel. We were connected with two more hotels, but one of them goes directly to the beach. Staff super friendly. Location is awesome, close to everything. We walked all the time to everywhere.
This hotel looks right out on a great surf break that is perfect for beginner/intermediate surfing and SUP. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all kinds of recommendations and the room/view was amazing! Quaint little town with great restaurants but if you want night life this is not the spot.

Staff in the hotel was great out of this world. Very nice and realistic people.
Generally hotel was spotless, no problem with any requests.
Only thing which should be updated are beds in the rooms. Too hard. We got foam pads, and they helped a little.
