I was traveling with 3 other girls to rome for the weekend and we were on a tight budget, this was a great solution! they moved in two extra beds and we had plenty of space. We were all extremely happy and comfortable at the hotel. Our only problem was the location, being 4 young women in our early 20's we wanted to experience rome's night life, the confusing bus and tram system made this very difficult because the b&b was a bit far away and also in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood, although we ended up not having problems, we made sure we got back before the buses stopped and before the neighborhood became too dangerous to walk in at night. On the plus side we were able to find out best Italian meals at a nearby restaurant for a great out of town price! It was filled with locals and we had two great meals there! the b&b staff were very helpful answering all our tourist and transportation questions, all in all it was a very comfortable place to come home to after a day of sight seeing!

The room is big and comfortable. Clean, modern and cosy hotel. Very helpful staff, they will text you (international mobile) before your arrival to arrange your check in. Breakfast not included and no dinning area, however there is a common area included drink and cooking faculties which you can used for free. Homemade cake available for free and they lovely.
Area may not be the best but still easy to get to most of the attraction. Staff will introduce all the transportation when you check in.
Bedroom is modern clean and big (big in rome), bed is comfortable. We had 3 nice nights, good recharged night after long walk during day time for all attraction.
We booked one double and one single room at the B&B Condottieri for four nights. Checked in late in the evening due to our flights however this was not a problem to our hosts. Breakfast is served at whatever time you state in the morning and consists of fresh tea or coffee, croissants, bread, rolls and jam etc. Trams are very close by and are frequent (every 5 mins) to the centre. Takes about 20mins on tram to termini bt we didnt mind. Clean rooms with ensuite. Everything we needed and would go back to this b&b on our next trip to Rome.

This place is nice in theory but it is kind of located in the Ghetto of Rome. There is graffiti everywhere and the area is just overall kind of sketchy. If you are into that whole city rough around the edges feel then it is fine for you. We were a little nervous about the area and the Tram that takes you there gets unbelievably crowded (as in everyone shoved in like cattle pressed up against each other and more people just keep getting on!) which makes you highly susceptible to pick pocketing or having your bag sliced open and stuff stolen. Many people including the owners warned us about this so we were extra careful and had no issues. Overall it was not a bad experience but I probably would not stay here again just based on the location. The owners were nice enough. The breakfast was just salted ham, salami and some cheese, and toast and weak instant coffee but there was also really good juice.

Except for the location, everything about this room was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and were willing to do extra things like printing documents and putting our breakfast in our room for the last day when we had to leave early. Breakfast was simple, with pre-packaged pastries, but fresh fruit and tasty coffee. Access was easy and the other guests were very quiet.
The only downside was the location. It's about a 15 minute, incredibly crowded tram ride from Termini station, so it took a while just to get to the metro. It made it difficult to return to the room if you needed a rest during the day or forgot something.
Also, we stayed in the "Pink Room" which had a window facing an interior courtyard, rather than the street. This was probably a bit quieter, but traffic was still pretty loud, especially while the tram was still operating. This is likely a problem anywhere in Rome, but some thicker, more insulated windows might be enough to quiet the noise down.
In general, if you don't mind being a bit far from the exciting parts of town, this is a comfortable, great value place full of super friendly staff.
We started our Europe trip at Patrizia’s bed and breakfast and we both agree that our 7 night stay at her B&B offered the most in terms of the hostess, convenience, and amenities.Patrizia immediately made us feel at home and part of her family. She makes excellent coffee, and her breakfast was very generous (including juice, toast, jam, pastries, yogurt, and cereal).Patrizia keeps her refrigerator stocked with water (both sparkling and regular) and each day we would start our trip to Rome with a water bottle that we would refill at the many free water fountains found around Rome.Thankfully, Patrizia’s B&B was accessible through an elevator, which made carting our luggage around easier. The wifi also worked excellently during our 7 night stay. Her rooms also include air conditioning, which is a major plus for the hot summer. We really feel that Patrizia welcomed us, not as guests, but as family. Her help was invaluable in planning our day trips and sightseeing in and around Rome. She had great recommendations for restaurants as well. Her place is also close to a laundromat, a grocery store, and an excellent bakery (near the bus stop).Patrizia has a cat, which mostly stays in her suite, but we were lucky enough to enjoy some quality time with Carmelino. Patrizia’s B&B gets top marks for cleanliness as well; we have only good things to say about our stay with Patrizia.Patrizia has a warm, welcoming nature and staying with her was a great pleasure. We miss you Patrizia!
