"We came for the World's Toughest Row Event in Monterrey and stayed 3 days. The room was clean, correctly stocked and ready at 7 pm. The shower did leak as the washer in the shut off valve was worn down. We did not want to bother with the repair as it was never attended to do even by the staff who visited daily. "Good hotel, nice location near old Monterey. Layout is confusing to navigate and parking is limited, but fine once you're used to it. Breakfast was cold and overall underwhelming."

"This place is a gem. Although an older property it was a perfect place for my husband and myself to get away for the weekend. 7 minute walk to the wharf and Alvarados beer garden right next door is amazing (try the skirt steak sandwich) we had it twice in one day! Hot tub was a little odd experience located in the basement and only slotted to one person at a time it is located in a tiny little room but it was nice that it was private. Rooms very clean and very perfectly located. Would stay again"
