The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the house systems are easy to use (check-in, heating, washer/dryer, dish washer). "The cabin looked like the ad but with quite a bit of snow. Perfect location for skiing at Palisades and Alpine. Kitchen was not as well equipped with limited supplies. We asked about grill and were told it was not available but then were invited to use the neighbors. Bed was extremely comfortable. We were very appreciative of the addition glasses left."

"The house is great! Clean, comfortable and charming. Very close to everything in town. Only disappointing thing is that no access offered to Incline Beaches. I know this is a trend and I am aware of the reasons why, but something should be reconsidered. The Incline beaches are a main summer attraction and it’s disappointing not to be able go. I would encourage property owners to work something out with IVGID for there rental guest."

"This A-frame unit was perfect for myself (downstairs queen), 4 kids (bunk-room) and my friends (upstairs loft king). The location was perfect for getting into Tahoe City for essentials or the ~20min drive to Palisades for skiing. We had a small snafu with plumbing, but the property manager had it fixed as soon as possible with excellent communication. "Gorgeous land and buildings. Amazing room. A door on the master bath cabinet in our room had broken hinges and it looked like it had been that way for a while and not repaired. The shower felt a little awkward with no good place to hang your towel while you shower so you could easily get it when you're done. One of the drawers in the master bedroom would not stay closed and would slide open slightly by itself. Overall, an incredible place to stay."

"We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire...
