"Great location with fantastic staff, room is *very* small, and lacks ammenities compared to what i expect, there's just hand soap and that's it. Not sure if this is normal or not, but every hotel I've been too has had toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, tea making facilities etc. Was kinda a bummer because it meant I had to go buy big bottles that I could only use once or twice."

"We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again."

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is still within 10 minutes walk to the train station. The room is clean, with basic amenities. There is no refrigerator in the room but there is a shared one in the common kitchen. I did not give five stars only because my room has the smell of smoke. "I just traveled thru Switzerland with a high school buddy and his wife. They left the booking of hotels up to me and I booked us at the Jungfrau Hotel in Wilderswil. My intent was to take them to the Lauterbrunnen area, Schilthorn, Birg, Wengen & Murren. We were only there for 2 nights but it turned out to be great. They loved the hotel and I did as well. Easy walk from the train station. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Being from the states I like my bacon and eggs....

"Regarding the location, I can say that it’s not one of the most convenient one’s. But, worth just for the view. I would definitely recommend NOT to stay in a room with 6 people.
