My extended family needed a place to stay for our last day in Switzerland before flying home. This place was perfect! The rooms weren't too small (They were a little bigger than usual for Europe), and they were clean, comfortable and had excellent amenities. The airport shuttle was fast, regular, and convenient for early flights. It was easy to get to downtown on the train because the local train station was just 1 block away and the trains to and from the main station ran every half an hour.. We had two children with us, who were sick of sightseeing and trains, and needed to release some energy. The hotel hooked us up with free entrance to the nearby local pool (more similar to a water park then a US public pool), and they had a marvelous afternoon with their Dad while the rest of the adults explored Zurich. It really provided a perfect last day. The only issue we had were that the restaurant choices near the hotel were limited. We were traveling with a number of people with dietary restrictions (one low fat/low meat diet, one diabetic, and a wheat allergy); so finding restaurants for all of us can be tricky, and traditional Swiss restaurants can be particularly difficult. However, in the end, we tried the hotel's Swiss restaurant and surprisingly it worked out fine. The food was very good and very fresh, and there were enough veggie, fish, and gluten free options to satisfy our difficult dietary group. I will definitely stay here again.
The bus picked us up after a short wait at the airport, we arrived at the hotel a few minutes later, to be greeted by a very efficient and friendly receptionist. Our room was clean and comfortable, we only stayed one night and left at 5.35 the next am for the airport we were picked up on time.
Our experience was excellent.
