"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"We had a wonderful time staying here. I traveled with 2 teens and it was perfect for us. Room was small for 3 people to move around but it’s Tokyo and rooms tend to be smaller. Wish there was more desk space and that the TV had at least one English Channel. Complimentary Breakfast was ok, maybe good for Asian people but not too much to choose for westerners. "Overall, this is a great hotel option. the room was a good size, had lots of amenities (kitchen and laundry), and was clean and close to transit options. This is especially a great hotel if you are planning on spending time at Tokyo Disney, as it is quite close on multiple bus lines. The only thing that was slightly cumbersome was that the hotel uses real/physical keys, and they ask that if you are going far from the hotel during the day (or going to Disney) that you leave the key with them...
