Bad news first: The room was dusty, the gate departing the room from the hallway entry had dust in every hole, there was dust around the TV and at the base around the desk in which the TV sits. There were always a smell emanating from the bathroom even when it had not been used recently for a number 2. could be a situation with the ventilation system. There was some confusion about the shuttle we were able to get a ride to the airport around 11am but when we tried to get a ride back we called and were told the shuttle runs at 7pm. Good news: The staff very friendly and was accommodating when I wanted to leave my luggage after check out and also leaving something for my brother to collect after checkout as well. We loved the large window in the room. Made the room feel spacious and allowed ample daylight in. Overall: we had a good stay despite observing dusty areas in the room. Everything else like bedding and bathrooms seemed clean and sanitary.

Very clean with multiple convenient items in the room. Loved the heated toilet seat and bidet. Small but sufficient soace for a cimfortable stay. Lots of shops and restaurant within walking distance. Very helpful staff

Ok hotel rude front desk staff
Front desk personnel leave a lot to be desired, borderline rude. Room is ok but the experience with the front desk made the hole visit a bad one
