I didn't know what the cleaning hours where, but I tried to ask for an exchange if possible and was refused saying cleaning time is over and they clean the sheets everyday. If this is clean, I hate to see what is dirty. I said nevermind, it's fine and didn't use the blanket, but as I left to the elevator both her and the olderman working there laughed and started complaining about it.
