"So convenient, right in the airport. Super clean."
Super clean! Towels, nightshirt, slippers, toothbrush provided. Locker plenty big enough for my luggage. Everything was so, so clean. Soap, shampoo, conditioner in all shower stalls (very private). Capsule was roomier than it looked. At 5'4" I could sit upright with plenty of room overhead. Capsule had an outlet (110V) for charging, dimmer light, white noise machine and a window blind to close myself in for the night if I wished. Would recommend for any stranded passengers. Really was a huge cost savings and a unique experience!
Hotel Nikko Narita is a great experience if you are in need of a pleasant, quiet place to rest after arriving at Narita. My wife and I enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The Lawson in the lobby is great!! We would definitely come back to Hotel Nikko Narita again.
Having read some "mixed" reviews before I left, I wasn't sure what to expect. The hotel was GREAT! Fantastic staff, extremely clean room with a beautiful country, woodsy view! Free Green Tea and tea server replentished daily & upon request. The food was Great -- buffet breakfast of excellent Japanese food (which is what I wanted) as well as sausage, eggs etc. Handy shuttle running to the airport, where you have access to trains (my preference) & buses. 'No problem getting around Narita Airport -- just ask anyone at an information booth!
I once stayed here for two nights before and the room is quite comfortable and clean.
I made a reservation for a night's stay but did not make it because my flight was cancelled. When I reached the hotel the next day to pay my cancellation fee, the staffer waived it without any hesitance. They also helped me keep a wifi-router mailed to the front desk until I went there and happily let me take their bus to get back to the airport. Strongly recommend this hotel. If I come to Japan next time, I would definitely still book this one!

"Hotel close to train station and bus interchange"
Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Transportation from hotel to Narita Station was convenient for us to take trains to Tokyo, Mt Fuji and Yokohama. 10 mins by taxi to a Roman Catholic Church and a Spa (5 minutes walking distance). Hotel's shuttle bus brings guests to Aeon Shopping Mall including two other small shopping malls.
