"A very cosy, tidy and spacious room for a solo surf trip. The location is perfect, really easy to spot, less than 5 mins walk to the train station, bus station, town centre, beaches, surf schools, different restaurants and pubs. The hosts are very friendly. They prepared packed breakfast for me because I surfed in the mornings. The facilities are all there in the room. The stay was very good value. I will definitely book it again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Little Pengelly Farm. It is conveniently located half way between the north and south coast of western Cornwall. Robert and Maxine were very accommodating and easily arranged our late check in with clear instructions. They gave us lots of local knowledge and advice where to see and eat. Room was very clean and a good size with a huge comfortable bed. There was a good variety of breakfast each morning and the cooked Cornish breakfast was delicious. Very quiet and rural...

Superb Breakfasts & Sunday roast served by hosts Dave, Jackie & their team. 5 min drive from St Ives, didn't cause us an issue. This is quite a remote spot so would need a car as not much within walking distance. Excellent base for touring the extreme 'Pointy end' "

The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."
