"Our host Sue was absolutely amazing she was there to greet us and show us around the property. For us it was the ideal location, down a country lane quiet and away from any noise. The cottage was immaculate with everything you need, a home from home. It was also located within driving distance to Perranporth and it’s beautiful beach plus much more. We will return !"

"Bucca Cottage was very charming. The location was perfect for exploring, eating, and relaxing. The cottage was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The footpath was magical and well kept. We parked in pay parking, which was close wnough to the cottage to not be an annoyance. Parking was quite reasonably priced. Enjoyed every moment."

"From booking process to communication in the lead up to our arrival to the moment we arrived at this stunning cottage along a tiny little lane, lots of greenery and a lovely little stream. Gary welcomed us and made us feel very welcome indeed and was helpful throughout our stay with local information and even lent us his binoculars for possible whale watching of the coast. Perfect cottage for 2 people and 2 dogs - the garden is completely enclosed - no holes for our dogs to escape. Small touches...

"The property is a small beach cottage that is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 small kids. Walkable to center of town with co-op grocery and laundry facility less than 5 min away. Parking space is nearby and situated such that it is easy to use your car to explore Cornwall. Only thing I would say is that shower is small and ceilings low so this place would feel tight if you are a large person and some of the layout is a bit tricky if you were older and less sure footed. "Island House is perfectly located in the centre of Porthleven. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was an ideal base for a walking holiday. Excellent restaurants, pubs and a micro-brewery within walking distance. Will certainly return and would highly recommend to others. The host, James, could not have been more helpful."

"Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."
