Staff were friendly and welcoming and the optional breakfast is worth it and has a lot of choice. Location is at the top of a steep hill but only a 5 minute walk to the harbour. "

"The hotel was very good but the service from hotels.com was disappointing. We had book a hotel in st ives and it was confirmed but when we reach there the hotel owner said it was cancelled weeks ago and hotels.com still confirmed our booking. When I asked for refund they said I haves to book new hotel through them or I don’t get a refund. All the hotels were way too expensive I had no choice but the To take hotel 40min drive away from st ives. The customers service from hotels.com was very poor,...

"Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."
