"Great staff lovely breakfast but noisy until the pub closes but really quiet after that until staff arrive at 7ish to start breakfast.Location is good only a very short walk to town centre.Parking can be a real issue no blue badge spaces nearby on street parking but very busy when we were there & had to park a few streets away.On street parking is limited to 1-2 hours between 10am-6pm Mon-Sat so a bit of an issue for us.As my husband is disabled staff did offer for us to open the courtyard gates...

The rooms stable yard style chaletes and round the back, when it's peaceful and quiet. They're spacious, warm and cozy and as well equipped as you could reasonably expect. Serviced daily and if you're staying during the week, at least, they're an absolute bargain."

It was a super comfortable bed, lovely setup with the zed bed for our son, lovely tea/coffee facilities and fantastic bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with eggs from the chickens laid that morning. They’re such a lovely couple running it and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs which we are hugely grateful for. "
