This is a great BnB! It has a beautiful garden outside. The rooms are clean, and the shared bathroom was also very very clean. The neighborhood is super cute, it is out of the super touristy area, and it's a beautiful walk to city center on the water. Breakfast was very good, so was the coffee. Would highly recommend.

It is a bit farther away from the main sights but in a very quiet and safe area. Bus station was pretty close. But loved our room, very clean and so cute! Irene was very responsive and helped us quickly, breakfast was very much appreciated! Loved our stay!

We were hesitant because we thought it might be far to walk but it was perfect. Spotlessly clean, much quieter than the other side of the river, and spacious, well-equipped room and good WiFi. The breakfast was excellent, in a lovely room with a pretty patio and garden out back. Two full bathrooms meant there was plenty of availability for all the guests. Very good price, too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and have already recommended it to a friend coming to Florence in April. It would be great for a larger family staying together. They could rent the entire place.

There are two flights of stairs, but manageable. Lovely decor and shared bath was not a problem. Easy walk to bus stop.The staff was very sweet and accommodating. We would love to return!

We had a great time, the staff was really helpful and caring! Also the breakfast was good and they had Al lot of options and a few milk options what we really did except. All in all, the staff gets 10/5 and the hotel 5/5.
