"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in London at the B+B Belgravia. It was close walks to restaurants, pubs and Buckingham Palace. Special thank you to receptionist who was there on our check in day and also the day we left. She was very helpful if we had questions. Also thank you to Mohammad who was also at the front desk. No one on site over night and no contact number given ICE. No one on site in the morning to check out and nowhere to leave key. just left in room . sash Windows in room do not stay open had to use a cup to hold it up. no fan or aircon. TV had splashes all over screen. Bathroom dirty. Glasses had dirty rim...

"Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant....
