"Good location great staff but uncomfortable beds."
The staff we great, really engaging and the service was top draw. Sadly the bed in room 327 was very disappointing, surly a hotel should start with bed and mattress quality then plan from there. The staff are being let down by this basic oversight!!

We booked your hotel for my wife's 66th birthday and was very impressed by the look of the hotel, the friendly ness of the cleaning staff, the professionalism of the receptionists etc.
The swimming pool was very nice, but we really liked the table tennis being available. We ate in the beautiful restaurant with crisp white well laid tables. The breakfast was the best choice and taste ever.
The only downside was that although we had a half price offer on our room it felt Shabby, the bedspread and blankets were very old and dated. The wardrobe door would not shut and the foot bar was broken under the dressing table. The television was ancient with interference on all channels. Shame really as everything else was top marks.

We booked last minute for a few days break. Booking was easy and straight forward and had the option of paying hotel directly at time of stay which enabled us to pay in cash. We were unable to charge anything to the room though due to technical problems, although this wasn't a problem for us other customers were annoyed. Staff were friendly and helpful
We stayed at The Passage House for one night only - a hotel we had used before for several family occasions. Overall this was another good stay but spoiled somewhat by the receptionist who failed to get my (minor) wi-fi problem sorted and - frankly - couldn't care less. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The Riviera comprises three main towns: Torquay is the most fashionable and popular with a luxury marina, good beaches, and family attractions including a famous Model Village and the Kent’s Cavern. Paignton is a more traditional English resort, boasting a superb zoo. Brixham is not only a picturesque fishing harbour but one of Britain's busiest fishing ports. The adjacent area, the South Hams, is known as one of the prettiest in England.
