"TV didn’t work in the room for the first two nights. Staff initially offered to move us to a new room but then retracted the offer and instead offered a key to a room with a tv until they could fix it the next day. Not a great solution."
"Stayed in the townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The townhouse was beautiful AND comfortable. The unit had a combo washer/dryer and a full kitchen. One thing to keep in mind, the unit has 3 levels and lots of steps. Local tours meet right outside your windows but it is kind of fun to listen to the stories. The staff was phenomenal. Went above and beyond in helping us celebrate our 30th Anniversary. "
"The hotel was amazing from the minute we stepped inside the staff were so helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was fantastic. Special mention to Jamie the concierge who was very good "

"We love the location of this hotel, the breakfast was outstanding, and we were allowed to check in early. The only negative I can possibly think of is that the bathroom didn't have enough counter space. Other than that this stay was perfect!"
"It was closed your Pic was from a year ago it is covered in scaffolding and not open for 6 months
I paid in advance and had to pay again at a sister Hotel (Raddisson) who demanded £2900. when I had pd over £3400 to Expedia.

"It was almost maze like inside, but was very well marked for guests and the amenities were abundant and enjoyable. The rooms clean and the staff friendly and excited to be of service. Wonderful stay.
Thank you, from two Americans who loved to be here. "

"We loved where the hotel was located in Grass Market. The view of the castle from our room was absolutely amazing. Although there wasn't a lot of retail stores in the area, it was easy to hop on a bus or get an Uber. The restaurant selection in Grass Market was plentiful. And the staff was extremely accommodating . We will definitely stay there again."

"No issues with our stay here. It is in a convenient area and the staff were great. Only “complaint” is that it is quite small. Our room was pretty crammed and the lobby was often hard to navigate through when it got busy with tour groups. Didn’t really affect us though. "
